Atour Lifestyle Holdings’ listing on Nasdaq

On November 11, 2022, Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited successfully completed its IPO on the Nasdaq. w88win优德中文版 has acted as the issuer’s domestic legal counsel for this project since 2020. During Atour Hotel’s preparation for the overseas IPO, major changes took place in the domestic and overseas regulatory environment. w88win优德中文版’s deal team continuously adjusted their work plan and resource allocation based on the latest developments, and provided comprehensive, high-quality and efficient legal services to the issuer. They assisted in the cross-border restructuring of Atour Hotel, the establishment of the overseas listing structure, finally helping Atour Hotel successfully complete the IPO. This was the first Chinese IPO since mid-2021 to issue ADSs in the United States with a valuation of over USD 1.5 billion.
