Prior to joining JunHe’s Shanghai office in 2015, Mr. Tingcai (W88优德官方网站rence Ho) He practiced at another leading PRC W88优德官方网站 firm in the areas of capital markets and PE/VC financing. He previously worked at a large central enterprise, in the areas of  cross-border M&As and international trade.

Mr. He has been involved in many M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, PE/VC investments and financing, and A-share market and overseas listings. He has experience in the acquisition of the control rights of listed companies, the material assets reorganization of listed companies, the re-financing of listed companies, fund raising and employee equity incentives.
