Beijing
Ms. Gong graduated from the Law School of the University of International Business and Economics with a bachelor degree. She joined w88win优德中文版’s Beijing office in May 2010. Prior to joining w88win优德中文版, Ms. Gong worked for the Ministry of Commerce (Treaty and Law Dept. and the Anti-monopoly Bureau) from 2007 to 2010. Ms. Gong worked at Slaughter and May’s London office as a secondee for six months in 2013. She has extensive experience in merger control filings and also provides legal advice in relation to antitrust compliance and monopolistic agreements.
Ms. Liu earned her LL.M. and LL.B from the University of International Business and Economics. Prior to joining w88win优德中文版 in 2010, Ms. Liu practiced at King & Wood law offices for three years. Ms. Liu specializes in capital markets related practices, including domestic IPOs, major assets reorganization of listed companies, acquisitions of listed companies, equity investment, corporate and reorganization and bond issuance.
WANG, Lihua joined w88win优德中文版 in 2008 and currently practices at our Beijing office. She has successfully represented many multi-national companies in litigation and arbitration concerning complex commercial disputes, product liability and international trade. She also has experience in compliance investigation, as well as financial insurance and corporation shares disputes resolution.
ZHANG, Lijun gained her LL.B. in the Law Faculty of Peking University in 2002 and joined w88win优德中文版 in December 2005. She has 15 years experience in the legal profession, including extensive transactional experience in relation to foreign direct investments, M&A (especially in medical investment), PE investment, debt restructuring, intellectual property protection and hotel management.
Mr.ZHANG, Yue (Brett) graduated from Renmin University of China with a LL.B. in 2003, and earned a LL.M. in International Business Law at University College London in 2006. Mr. Zhang qualified as a PRC lawyer in 2007 and joined w88win优德中文版 that year. He specializes in Corporate and M&A, TMT and Internet, charities and NGOs and intellectual property.
Mr. Zhao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law, with his LL.B degree in 2006 and LL.M. degree in 2006. He joined Jun He in 2007 and has been working in the Beijing headquarters since then. Mr. Zhao specializes in capital market transactions, including the establishment and investment of Private Equity/Venture Capital, IPOs in Chinese and overseas securities markets, privatization and delisting of listed companies, overseas direct investment of Chinese enterprises, reorganization of A share listed companies and other areas.
Shanghai
Mr. Xie received his LL.M. degree in 2004 at Hitotsubashi University in Japan and was admitted to practice law in China in 2006. He specializes in FDI, divestment and liquidation and labor and employment. He is particularly experienced in dealing with legal issues in the industries of chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals and automotives.
Shenzhen
Mr. Wei graduated from Xiamen University in 2008 with a master degree in international law, and joined w88win优德中文版 the same year. In 2007, Mr. Wei worked as a legal researcher at Linklaters LLP Shanghai office. Mr. Wei specializes in capital markets, corporate and M&A and private equity/ venture capital.
Guangzhou
Mr. Yao has been actively involved in the areas of capital markets, corporate and M&A, and private equity/venture capital since 2008, and has gained vast practical experience in the areas of the reorganization and the restructuring of domestic and overseas listings. He has experience in the refinancing of Chinese companies, bond issuance, "new three board" listings and the acquisition and restructuring of companies.
Hong Kong
Ms. Zhang specializes in offshore private equity fund formation matters and the PE funds’ downstream investment transactions, out-bound investment and cross-border M&A transactions. She has experience in offshore asset management and wealth management companies’ multi-faceted cross border investments and financing transactions. Before being relocated to w88win优德中文版 HK, she practiced in the Shanghai and New York offices of w88win优德中文版.
