In his corporate and M&A practice, Mr. Zhang has advised many companies in various sectors such as automotives, manufacturing, food and beverages, trading, e-commerce, software, telecommunications, internet, survey and mapmaking, media and education. This has been with respect to their daily operations, corporate governance, investments, M&A projects and other transactions. He also practices in IP related areas and has advised many multinational companies in the protection of their IPs in China as well as in their transactions.
