On November 11, 2022, Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (stock code: ATAT, hereinafter referred to as "Atour Hotel") successfully completed its IPO on Nasdaq. Atour Hotel issued 4.75 million American Depositary Shares (ADS) at a price of USD 11 per ADS, with the scale of over-allotment not exceeding 712,500 ADS. The total amount raised was USD 60.1 million (if the over-allotment options are exercised in full). This was the first Chinese IPO since mid-2021 to issue ADS in the United States with a valuation of over USD 1.5 billion
Atour Hotel owns six major hotel brands, A.T. House, Atour S Hotel, ZHotels, Atour Hotels, Atour X Hotel and Qingju Hotel. It also owns the retail brand Atour Market and three original lifestyle brands, αTOUR PLANET, SAVHE and Z2GO&CO. These lifestyle brands cover areas such as relaxation, fragrance, personal care and travel.
