On August 2, 2022, R&G PharmaStudies Co., Ltd. (“R&G” or the “Issuer” with stock code 301333) successfully went public on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. R&G issued 15 million new stocks at RMB 78.88 per share, raising a total of RMB 118,320,000. The proceeds will mainly be used for data science center projects, clinical trial management platform projects, SMO center projects and to supplement the working capital of the Issuer, which is of great significance for its future strategic planning and sustainable development.
