Mr. Li joined w88win优德中文版 in 2010. Prior to joining w88win优德中文版, Mr. Li practiced at a local law firm in Beijing for two years.

Mr. Li has been involved in and served as the key team member of a number of private and public transactions for multinational companies, private equity firms, state-owned companies and private companies. He has experience in various sectors including finance, TMT, film, television and entertainment, manufacturing and real estate. He advises on a broad range of matters, including advising clients on public offerings in Hong Kong, US, Shanghai and Shenzhen, red chip return, major assets reorganization of listed companies, private equity investments, and various legal issues in his clients’ daily operation and commercial transactions.
