On July 8, 2022, Geovis Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 688568) (“Geovis” or the “Company”) announced the completion of private placement of its A-shares directed to specified investors (the “Offering”). Pursuant to the Offering, Geovis raised gross proceeds of RMB 1.550 billion through the issuance of 25,260,756 shares of its A-stock to specified investors at a price of RMB 61.36 per share.
