On May 20, 2026, UISEE Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (UISEE Technology) was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the stock code 1511.HK. The company issued a total of 14.46 million shares, with the final issue price set at HKD 60.3 per share and raised over HKD 870 million. These are the first ever stocks in full-scenario L4 autonomous driving. UISEE Technology's entry onto the Hong Kong stock market uses the international capital market platform to enhance its full-stack self-developed technology iteration, and its global commercialization and expansion. It also enhances its industrial chain ecosystem layout and accelerates the large-scale adoption of AI drivers.
Founded in February 2016, UISEE Technology specializes in true driverless, full-scenario L4 autonomous driving technology. Utilizing its independently developed U-Drive® system, UISEE Technology provides L4-level autonomous driving technology services to various industries worldwide. With its universally applicable autonomous driving core technology, it is a leader in the commercial vehicle sector for closed scenarios such as airports and factories. Its business development is extending from closed to open scenarios, expanding its service range from logistics to passenger scenarios, covering the full range of autonomous driving applications from L2 to L4. According to a report by Frost & Sullivan, based on 2025 revenue calculations, UISEE Technology holds a 90.5% market share in the L4 commercial vehicle autonomous driving market for airports in Greater China; it also leads in factory settings with a 31.7% market share, making the company the undisputed leader in L4 commercial vehicle autonomous driving.
