On September 15, 2023, the ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2023 were held in Hong Kong. W88优德手机版 won two awards, the Equity Market Deal of the Year and the M&A Deal of the Year. Equity Market Deal of the Year - Zhejiang HangKe Technology GDR listing
On February 22, 2023, Zhejiang Hangke Technology Incorporated Company, a leading li-ion cell back-end equipment manufacturer in China, successfully issued Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) that were listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. This was the first successful issuance and listing of GDRs on the Swiss Exchange by a STAR Market listed company. As the domestic legal counsel to the issuer, W88优德手机版 conducted domestic legal due diligence, issued PRC legal opinions that were submitted to the regulatory authorities, reviewed the company’s internal decision-making documents, and completed the domestic regulatory approval procedures. W88优德手机版’s team reviewed the transaction documents, wrote chapters for the prospectus, and prepared and published domestic and overseas announcements. With the assistance of W88优德手机版, Hangke Technology successfully issued GDRs that were listed on the Swiss Exchange.

M&A Deal of the Year - INEOS landmark ventures
On July 28, 2022, INEOS and China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation entered into a series of acquisition and joint venture cooperation agreements with respect to three major transactions. The three transactions, valued at approximately USD 7 billion in total, are expected to achieve a combined annual production capacity of 7 million tonnes and generate annual sales of approximately USD 10 billion. As the domestic legal advisor to INEOS for this transaction, W88优德手机版 was involved in the due diligence investigation, the validation of the transaction proposal and the resolution of the legal issues involved in the transaction. They reviewed the transaction text and assisted in the management of the transaction process. With a rigorous and efficient work style and a professional and meticulous attitude, W88优德手机版 assisted the client to successfully complete the signing of the transaction documents and won the client’s full recognition and trust.
