Mr. Dong has acted as legal counsel or arbitrator in international commercial disputes governed by the CIETAC Rules, BAC Rules, SHIAC Rules, SCIA Rules, ICC Rules, HKIAC Rules, SIAC Rules, LCIA Rules, SCC Rules, JAMS Rules, and UNCITRAL Rules. He is a member of the Council and the Proceedings Committee of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center.

Mr. Wang has successfully conducted litigation, arbitration and administrative proceedings in a broad variety of disputes over the course of his nearly 30-year professional career. His areas of expertise in litigation and arbitration include providing constructive and practical dispute avoidance approaches, designing litigation and arbitration strategies. Mr. Wang’s ability to strategize multiple litigation and arbitration proceedings is well tested and ultimately contributes to a satisfactory settlement by parties. Mr. Wang is an arbitrator for the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (also known as the Shanghai International Arbitration Center）and the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.

Ms. Vicky Zhao specializes in complex cross-border dispute resolution. She has represented clients in both domestic and international arbitration under various arbitration rules, such as CIETAC, BAC, SIAC, ICC, HKIAC and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. Ms. Zhao also represents clients in litigation and arbitration-related court proceedings before different levels of the Chinese courts.
