Dr. Wang has extensive experience in providing patent and technology-related IP legal services. He holds a doctor’s degree in engineering and an EMBA degree from CEIBS, and is qualified to practice before the Chinese patent office and the Chinese bar. He served as an independent director of a listed company for many years. Dr. Wang’s comprehensive background enables him to provide Fortune 500 companies and innovative domestic enterprises with intellectual property management services and effective dispute resolution strategies. In his more than 25 years’ practice, he has handled a large number of patent, know-how, computer software and other technology-related IP cases, and has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience in civil patent litigation and administrative patent invalidation litigation.
In 2016 and 2022, Dr. Wang was selected as one of China’s Top 15 IP Lawyers by Asia Legal Business (ALB). In 2017, 2019, 2022 and 2023, he was named a Highly Recommended Lawyer by The Legal 500. From 2016 to 2023, he was recognized consecutively among IAM Patent 1000: The World’s Leading Patent Professionals.
