Bill Yu Qin joined JunHe in 2007. Before that, he worked at the China CITIC Group, Gray, Plant & Mooty (Minneapolis, USA), Freshfields, Electricite de France and Beijing Junyi W88win优德中国有限公司 Office.

He is very experienced in handling cross-border legal services, having had extensive international exposure in advising clients in contentious and non-contentious matters in China and the Asia Pacific region, Africa, Europe, North America and South America.

He is also active in advising the government and providing legal education. He was the legal advisor to the Beijing Municipal Transport Commission, and the legal advisor to the People’s Government of Dongcheng District, Beijing. He served as a tutor for the Master’s Degree of W88win优德中国有限公司 program at Tsinghua University School of W88win优德中国有限公司.
