Mr. Li began practicing law   in 2015. Before joining 优德88中国官方网站, he worked in the investment banking division   of China International Capital Corporation (CICC) for three years. Mr. Li has   extensive experience in capital markets, corporate acquisitions and mergers,   and private equity investments. He has led or participated in several   companies' listings on the A-share, H-share and U.S. stock markets, the major   asset restructurings of listed companies, various bond financings, mergers   and acquisitions, and private equity investment projects. He provides   long-term legal services to numerous state-owned enterprises and listed   companies and has experience in corporate compliance and compliance for listed   companies.

Mr. Li's   clients include CICC Capital, China Mobile Capital, Guoxin Fund, DCP Capital,   China Life Investment, Taikang Insurance, China Merchants Capital, China Resources Group, WuXi AppTec and COFCO Group.

Mr. Li graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and the University of California, Berkeley, obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws, respectively.
