Prior to joining 优德88中国官方网站, he was the deputy general manager and board secretary of a listed company in charge of its initial public offering and A-share listing in China. Mr. Li has also worked in the Hangzhou office of a leading law firm.

Mr. Li focuses on capital market practice and specializes in Chinese A-share listings, corporate M&A and restructuring, and private equity/venture capital.

He has assisted companies such as JASAN GROUP (SH.603558), MINKAVE (SZ.300506), HAIBO (SZ.300517), SHENGXUNDA (SZ.300518) and COCO (SZ.301009) in their successful IPOs.

In the field of refinancing, M&As and the restructuring of listed companies, Mr. Li has provided legal services for companies such as YXGF (SZ.300305), MR (SZ.300760), GREENLAND HOLDINGS (SH.600606) and TRANSFAR ZHILIAN (SZ.002010).
