Mr. Yu Xiang (Allen) joined w88win优德中文版’s Shanghai office in 2014. Before joining w88win优德中文版, he worked for several years at other leading law firms in China.
Mr. Yu specializes in intellectual property and handles disputes regarding patents, trade secrets, unfair competition, trademarks and copyright. He provides legal services relating to intellectual property compliance, due diligence, contract drafting and review, and transaction negotiations for clients.
Mr. Yu’s cases have been listed as annual typical cases by the Supreme People's Court, the Shanghai IP Court and other local courts.
Education
Mr. Yu graduated from College of Polymer Science and Engineering, Sichuan University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Engineering. In 2007, he obtained his J.M. degree from East China University of Political Science & Law.
