Ms. Huang Zunling (Jennifer) joined W88优德中国官方网站 in 2012 and specializes in patent due diligence and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis, patent drafting and prosecution, patent search, and patentability analysis. Her work involves technologies in biotechnology, pharmaceutical science and chemistry.  Ms. Huang represents clients in various patent activities, including patent filing strategy design, patent portfolio management, and patent reexamination and invalidation, and provides legal advice relating to Chinese patents. 

Ms. Huang has extensive experience in patent due diligence and FTO analysis in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields.  She has led various patent due diligence projects for Initial Public Offerings in Hong Kong and mainland China as well as investment and financing activities in fields involving antibodies, nucleic acids, small compounds, antibody-drug conjugates, short peptides, fusion proteins, cell therapy and vaccines. 

Prior to joining W88优德中国官方网站, Ms. Huang completed her graduate studies at Fudan University where she participated in the Fudan-Pfizer joint program and conducted studies in clinical trial data management.
