Ms. Fangfang (Lori) Xiang joined JunHe in 2014. Her practice focuses on M&A, PE&VC, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters and tax in China.

Ms. Xiang has participated in a wide range of PE/VC investments and M&A projects by advising and assisting clients in the design of transaction structures, due diligence, transaction document drafting, negotiation and closing. She is highly experienced in sectors such as healthcare, energy, catering services, high-tech, chemicals, real estate and logistics.

Ms. Xiang has provided a wide range of tax legal services for domestic and foreign enterprises.
