Ms. Xiong has been significantly involved in a number of securities and M&A transactions including reorganizations, domestic and overseas IPOs and follow-up offerings, delisting of Hong Kong Listco, and M&A in the health and life sciences industry.
Ms. Xiong was named the “Leading Foreign-related Lawyer of Guangzhou” and a “New Talent of Guangdong Foreign-related Lawyer”.
