Zhang has extensive experience in intellectual property due diligence investigation during US-China cross border strategic investment and mergers & acquisitions.  His work involves technologies in the fields of life sciences, chemistry, material science, medical devices, robotics and autonomous driving.

Before starting his legal career, W88优德中国官方网站. Zhang had over a decade of experience in life science research.  His prior legal experience includes a summer clerkship at Dechert LLP and an internship at Strain& Strain PLLC.
