Mr. Xinjie (Orson) Li joined 优德88中国官方网站’s Shanghai office in 2014. In 2017, Mr. Li worked at Johnson & Johnson Medical on secondment for four months.

Mr. Li advises global and regional private equity funds, major domestic enterprises and multi-national companies on their private equity investments, strategic investments, M&As and joint venture transactions in China. This covers a broad range of sectors including without limitations healthcare, TMT, energy, real estate, industry and manufacturing. His services include transaction structure design, legal due diligence, the preparation of transaction documents, negotiation and closing related matters. Mr. Li also advises multinational companies, and state-owned and private enterprises on their daily operation and compliance matters.
