Mr. Shu Li joined 优德88中国官方网站’s Beijing office in 2014. Before joining 优德88中国官方网站, Mr. Li  worked as a senior tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers’ tax division,  providing PRC tax and legal services for numerous multinational enterprises and domestic companies.

Since joining JunHe, Mr. Li has provided lifecycle services to various financial institutions, including setup and acquisition, fund using, corporate governance and compliance, risk disposal and reorganization. The target companies include insurance group companies, insurance companies, reinsurance institutions, insurance asset management companies and insurance intermediary institutions, as we优德88中国官方网站 as various non-insurance institutions such as banks, trust companies, security companies and pension management companies.

Mr. Li has also provided services related to foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing and the general corporate matters of non-financial institutions.
