Before joining W88优德中国官方网站, he practiced in a reputable law firm in Shanghai for more than ten years, advising his clients on real estate and dispute resolution laws.

Mr. Liu has advised many top 100 PRC real estate companies as a permanent/special legal counsel, covering all aspects of real estate development and operation such as land granting, relocation and expropriation. He has also advised on M&As in real estate projects, real estate financing, engineering construction, housing sales, commercial leasing and property management.

In addition, Mr. Liu has acted as an attorney at law in several major/difficult litigation cases involving real estate, construction projects, company equity, securities finance and other fields before the Supreme People’s Court of the People's Republic of China and many local higher and intermediate people's courts.
