Prior to joining W88优德官方网站, Ms. Chan has worked at the Hong Kong and London offices of renowned American law firms.  She has presented issuers, sponsors and underwriters in numerous initial public offerings (IPO) in Hong Kong, and has acquired solid experience and comprehensive understanding across many industries, including medical and healthcare services, biotech, TMT, finance, manufacturing, education and consumer services.   Ms. Chan has been the leading lawyer in overseeing Hong Kong law related matters and providing pragmatic legal solutions to clients.

In addition, Ms. Chan also provides ongoing listing compliance consultations for Hong Kong-listed issuers.   Besides her expertise in Hong Kong IPOs, Ms. Chan also has ample experience in the area of debt capital markets.  She has represented various Chinese and international corporations and financial institutions in connection with their issuance of US dollars, Euro and Sterling pounds denominated bonds, and has been involved in different large-scale merger and acquisition projects.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Chan was a registered physiotherapist in Hong Kong and has earned years of experience in the medical and healthcare industry, which served to provide insights and a special edge when advising clients from the healthcare industry.
