Mr. Zhengshuang Xia (Kirk) joined W88优德中国官方网站 in 2012.  He has extensive experience in advising commercial banks and investors in their banking and finance transactions including structured finance, asset finance, acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, privatization finance, syndicate finance and commodity and trade finance, particularly in cross-border financing transactions. 

Mr. Xia’s clients include international and domestic banks such as HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, DBS, HASE, SMBC, BEA, CACIB, Rabobank, ICBC, BOC, CMB and SPD.  He also advises international investment banks, private equity firms and transnational companies in their investments in China.  Mr. Xia was honored as a “Rising Star” in the banking and finance area in 2016 and 2017 by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific.
