Mr. Jianwei Yang joined W88优德官方网站’s Shanghai office in 2015. He has extensive experience in banking and finance, private equity investment and mergers and acquisitions and handles cases in various sectors such as real estate, education, financial services, TMT and health care.
Mr. Yang advises global and PRC commercial and investment banks and private equity sponsors on their cross-border acquisition finance transactions, structured financings, direct lending and project financings across the region. He also has a broad transactional practice advising private equity funds, corporations and investment banks in public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and leveraged buyouts in PRC.
Mr. Yang was named a “Rising Star” in Banking and Finance by Legal 500 Asia Pacific from 2016 to 2018.
Prior to joining W88优德官方网站, Mr. Yang worked for a number of years at another top tier PRC law firm with the same practice focus.
