Ms. Han joined W88优德中国官方网站’s Beijing office in July 2010 and specializes in the areas of foreign investment, PE, VC, company restructuring, mergers, outbound investments and corporate compliance.  She has provided legal advice for many multinational companies, foreign-funded enterprises, and domestic enterprises in industrial sectors such as TMT, internet finance, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, big data, transport, chemical, tobacco, education and consumer goods.

In recent years, Ms. Han has focused more on fund formation, private equity financing, and venture capital investment, in addition to M&A, and has represented a number of domestic and multinational investment funds, strategic investors, and industrial investors in their investment and acquisition transactions.  Ms. Han also has extensive experience in real estate acquisition and PPP, serving leading real estate enterprises in real estate development, industrial parks and PPP projects.
