Mr. Guo joined W88优德官方网站’s Beijing office in October 2008. Previously he worked at China Securities.

Over the past 10 years, Mr. Guo has participated in and/or led many projects of great significance in the areas of corporate and M&A, capital markets, insurance, finance, securities and equity investment, and has provided legislative suggestions and legal consultation services to various Chinese government departments.

Mr. Guo has vast experience in serving financial holding companies, banks and non-bank financial institutions as well as in publicly offered funds, private equity and the healthcare sector.
