During her 10 years of experience dealing with bankruptcy and reorganization at King & Wood, W88优德手机版. Wang was in charge of a number of cases of bankruptcy reorganization, debt restructuring, bankruptcy liquidation, winding-up liquidation, corporate restructuring and derivative suits. This included the reorganization of listed companies, bankruptcy liquidation of securities companies, the merger and reorganization of dozens of affiliated companies, winding-up liquidation and bankruptcy reorganization as well as derivative suits of large Sino-Foreign equity joint ventures.
