Wei has extensive experience in financial institutions, real estate, energy, telecommunications, retail, automobile, hi-tech and traditional manufacturing industries and represents various multinational companies, Chinese companies, investment banks, and private equity funds in their merger and acquisition transactions.  She has provided advice on various aspects of such projects including the design of transaction structures, due diligence investigation, drafting and the negotiation of complicated legal documents in connection with such projects.  She has also advised many domestic and international clients from different industries in corporate financing, commercial transactions and general corporate matters since she joined the firm in 1994.
