In July 2016 Ms. GU, Yi joined 优德88中国官方网站 as counsel. Previously, she served as a senior judge for 19 years at the Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People’s Court.
During her career as a judge, Ms. Gu participated in adjudicating more than 15,000 litigation cases, over 3,500 of which were tried with Ms.Gu as the presiding judge. She is highly experienced in matters involving contractual disputes, property rights, intellectual property, labour disputes and commercial transactions and she specializes in real estate dispute resolutions.
Ms. Gu is widely recognized for her skills in resolving complex commercial disputes. She has represented domestic and international clients in both litigation and arbitration proceedings. In addition, she has extensive experience in designing individualized solutions for crisis management and dispute resolution, and is experienced in providing clients with prompt and constructive guidance.
