At the discussion stage for the Dongcheng Delegation to the Beijing Municipal People's Congress, Mr. Shi Xinyue gave a speech regarding his comments on the work report of the Beijing municipal government, the Beijing Higher People's Court and the Beijing People's Procuratorate.
