Ms. Xu graduated from the University of Manchester with a Masters Degree of International Business Law and has more than 15 years legal experience in capital markets, M&A, financing, fund formation and private equity investments. She is on the Roll of Solicitors of the High Court of Hong Kong and has been admitted to practice law in the People’s Republic of China.
Prior to joining W88优德手机版, Ms. Xu was the Group General Counsel of FinEx Asia, a global fintech powered asset management platform. Earlier in her career, she was the Asia Pacific General Counsel of a multi-national entity, senior associate at DLA Piper and worked in other international law firms including Jones Day. She has led many landmark transactions involving cross-border M&As, project financing, public company takeovers and leveraged buy-outs, with values exceeding US$10 billion.
