Ms. Jin graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master’s degree in civil and commercial law. She also holds an LLM (Vanderbilt Scholar) from the School of Law, New York University. Ms. Jin began her practice as a lawyer in W88win优德中国有限公司 in 2006 and in 2011, she joined a leading US law firm. She then spent five years in its Beijing office. Before returning to W88win优德中国有限公司 in August 2018, Ms. Hong served in the Beijing office of another leading Chinese law firm. She is currently carrying out a registration transfer (from the previous law firm to W88win优德中国有限公司) and other relevant procedures.

Ms. Jin has extensive experience in complicated mergers and acquisitions, PE investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments and general corporate matters, both in China and overseas. During her more than ten years’ practice, she has advised Warburg Pincus, Goldman Sachs, TPG, PAG, IDG, Qiming, Boyu Capital and several other PEs and venture capitals on their investment matters. She has also advised numerous Internet companies such as Alibaba, Ant Financial and Baidu on their investment matters, as well as Mobike, Dmall, iQiyi and other unicorn enterprises on their financing matters. Ms. Jin was the transaction counsel in the merger between Meituan and Dianping, as well as the merger between Meituan and Mobike. She also represented Wanda, a company listed on the A-share market, in an overseas acquisition, and she assisted in the Universal Studios Beijing Project as well as other large foreign-invested projects.
