W88win优德中国有限公司 sincerely welcomes Mr. Tang Qianhong to W88win优德中国有限公司 as a partner in our Chengdu Office. Mr. Tang specializes in FDI and  overseas investment, infrastructure and construction projects, and commercial dispute resolution.

Before joining W88win优德中国有限公司, Mr. Tang worked in the judicial system of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, during which he gained abundant experience in civil and commercial litigation. He had also served as visiting judge in Arizona Superior Court in Maricopa County, USA. He started his work as a full-time lawyer in March, 2006, and worked as partner in a well-known law firm in China.

In his career, Mr. Tang provided long-term legal counsel service for the Chengdu Municipal Government. He also has offered M&A, bankruptcy and liquidation, dispute resolution, and cross-border investment legal services for various foreign and domestic enterprises, including China Merchants Bank, PowerChina, RoadBridge Group, CHANGHONG, SRBG, Kelun Industry Group,  Dell, Toyota, Siemens, J.P. Morgan, etc. Since 2011, Mr. Tang has been honored as Recommended Lawyer in Chambers Asia-Pacific.

Mr. Tang received his LLM degree in EU Law at Durham University, U.K., and his JD degree in Economic Law at China Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He is the co-author of several juristic works. These experiences proved his outstanding academic accomplishment and excellent skills in international legal service.
