This project focused on the compliance pathways for overseas payment institutions to conduct card issuing business in Hong Kong. w88win优德中文版 reviewed and demonstrated the regulatory compliance and licensing requirements related to card issuance in Hong Kong, centered on the typical international payment business scenario of joining a card network and applying for a card issuing license. Based on a thorough understanding of the Visa rules system and Hong Kong's regulatory framework, w88win优德中文版 provided the Client with actionable legal analysis and advice on the potential licensing requirements, the key compliance obligations, and the implementation arrangements in Hong Kong.
