On December 18, 2023, Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co., Ltd. (“Senior”) successfully issued and listed global depositary receipts (“GDRs”) on the SIX Swiss Exchange (“SIX”) (the “Project”). 12,684,800 GDRs were issued in the Project at USD9.46 per GDR, raising funds of approximately USD120 million.
Senior is a world-class manufacturer of lithium-ion battery separators. In the Project, the over-issuance right was exercised in full in addition to the basic issuance size, and the offering was successfully achieved.
