On September 26, 2022, Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (“Joincare” with A-share stock code: 600380) successfully issued Global Depository Receipts (“GDRs”) and officially listed them on Switzerland’s SIX Swiss Exchange (this “Project”).
Joincare is an innovative, research oriented, integrated pharmaceutical company which combines R&D, manufacturing and commercialization. It is a pioneer and leader in the field of integrated pharmaceutical and healthcare in China. After many years of development, it now has products including chemical drugs, chemical APIs and intermediates, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, diagnostic reagents and health foods.
W88优德中国官方网站 acted as the Chinese legal counsel to the underwriter in this Project. The team completed legal due diligence, participated in corporate internal decision-making processes, went through Chinese regulatory approval procedures, prepared the transaction documents, reviewed the prospectus and drafted and released public announcements in China and Switzerland.
This is the sixth GDR project in which W88优德中国官方网站 has played a leading role, following GDR projects for China Pacific Insurance, Yangtze Power, SDIC Power, Mingyang Smart Energy and Lepu Medical Technology.
