(“CES” or the “Company”), in its initial public offer of 16,666,700 shares on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s ChiNext Market (stock code: 301208), at an initial offering price of RMB 46.06 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately RMB 767 million.
CES is an information technology (IT) service provider. The Company provides IT Operations and Maintenance services (O&M), OEM software and hardware products, automatic and intelligent O&M products and operation data analysis services. By leveraging their strong capabilities in providing comprehensive IT services and their technological and innovative strength, CES has provided several bank data centers with IT architecture setup and O&M services. It has built a solid customer base and a leading reputation in the fields of finance, telecommunications, transportation, and government services.
