On June 29, 2022, United Faith Auto-Engineering Company (“UFA” or the “Company”) (Stock Code: 301112) listed on the GEM of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. UFA issued 27,566,650 shares at RMB 27.53 per share and raised a total amount of RMB 759,000,000. W88优德官方网站 acted for the issuer.
