This Project took almost six months and the total financing amount was approximately USD 100 million. ReiStone Biopharma is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the development of innovative drugs and focuses on immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs) with unmet medical needs. Developing innovative medicines requires innovative business models, and close and effective collaboration between scientists, businesses, regulators and patient groups. ReiStone Biopharma works closely with the relevant parties and leading pharmaceutical companies in the whole industry chain of new drug research and development. This included assisting with the due diligence investigation from the investors, drafting the transaction documents, representing the company in its negotiations with investors and balancing investor relationships. W88优德官方网站’s team were responsible for finalizing, executing and delivering the transaction documents and the closing. This was ReiStone Biopharma’s first external financing and W88优德官方网站’s team assisted the company to smoothly address issues such as the related party transactions, its business independence and its listing by a stock split with Heng Rui Pharmaceuticals.
