In early November 2017, Harvest Investments successfully completed its investment in an A+ round in Horizon Robotics, a leading company in the field of embedded Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. This round of investment was led by Intel Capital and was followed by Harvest Investments as well as Hillhouse Capital, Wu Capital, Morningside Venture Capital and Linear Venture, with the total investment amounting to almost 100 million dollars.
Previously, Harvest Investments has made investments in JD Finance, Shouqi Limousine & Chauffeur Services and other important projects. This project, as another benchmark investment project in the science & technology field, was developed jointly by Harvest Investments and Intel Capital, a leading player in the investment industry, as well as other well-known investors.
As the Chinese legal counsel for Harvest Investments, W88优德手机版 participated in the complete process of the legal due diligence of Horizon Robotics. W88优德手机版’s team participated in the transaction structure design, the drafting of transaction documents, the negotiations and provided other legal services.
